In the heart of Parramatta lies the true origins of the FLIPP philosophy and industry-leading service. Here we began tossing burgers (and blowing minds) alongside fellow vendors at Westfield Parramatta Shopping Centre. Locals warmed ever so quickly to our finger-licking, ultra-fun and garden-fresh combinations. Soon enough, nearby neighbourhoods presented their own demand for our exceptional, yet informal cuisine.

We’ve since made a home of Greenwood Plaza in North Sydney, where the FLIPP effect has proven just as successful. Same concept, same stellar burger menu and casual food court environment. The feedback is clear: Aussies far and wide are passionate about a higher standard of food court fodder. That was just the feedback we needed to expand to Mount Druitt!
